The July 29, 2011, opening of The Mommies - A Musical BlogTM at the Royal George Theater has been postponed according to writer/producer Jeanie Linders, it was announced today. Ms. Linders, also the writer and producer of the international hit Menopause The Musical® has been embroiled in lengthy production rights litigation with GFOUR Productions of South Florida, whose rights to act as Presenter and Producer of Menopause The Musical® have been terminated. GFour has challenged the termination. The distractions caused by the pursuit of the claims makes it impossible to devote the time and attention to The Mommies she feels are required. No new opening date has been set.

"There is a process to a successful launch of any new show. The Mommies - A Musical Blog is a fabulous, fun new production about today's moms that deserves one hundred percent commitment from all members of my company. The litigation has not allowed that," Linders said. "The entire TOC/MOC staff is looking forward to giving our "Mommies" the attention that is deserved once the dispute with G4 is concluded."
