After a fast online sell-out of the Aug. 21 show, rock band Counting Crows will return for a second concert at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 24. Pavilion tickets for the show are $65, and lawn tickets are $27. Tickets for this newly added show will be available at the festival's annual Customer Appreciation Day on Saturday, May 22, beginning at 9 a.m. All in-person Ravinia tickets purchased on May 22 for this and other Ravinia concerts will be discounted by 20 percent, including the Aug. 24 concert (some restrictions apply, see website for details). Patrons can also purchase the Aug. 24 Counting Crows tickets beginning at 9 a.m. at www.ravinia.org. No discount will be made on concert tickets purchased online.

The May 22 Customer Appreciation Day includes ticket and gift shop discounts, the chance to purchase added seating to some sold-out pavilion concerts, promotions and samples from some of Ravinia's supporters and family-friendly activites. The festivities will be broadcast live on the Ravinia grounds by 98.7 WFMT, the official classical music station of Ravinia Festival from 9 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
