Chicago welcomes Mastro's Steakhouse, scheduled to open on October 22, 2010 in the River North district at 520 N. Dearborn Street (corner of Dearborn & Grand). The newest sibling to the celebrity-frequented Mastro's Beverly Hills, combines award-winning cuisine, world-class service, live entertainment and a selection of dining options suited to any occasion.

Chicago restaurant entrepreneurs and former residents Mark Levy and Tom Heymann are excited to open a Mastro's Steakhouse in their hometown. CEO Tom Heymann says, "Many steakhouse-savvy Chicagoans that travel the southwest have experienced our great steaks, exceptional service and fun atmosphere."

Arriving at the grand foyer, you are greeted warmly by a professional staff with surroundings of dark marble flooring, gold glass panels and rich velvet burgundy drapery. The two-story restaurant presents a myriad of options including the centerpiece of the restaurant - the M Bar, showcasing an extraordinary reflective bottle display. Here, you'll find guests mingling at the bar, dining piano-side, and enjoying specialty dry-ice martinis at bustling high-top tables. Guests can also enjoy this lively atmosphere in cozy tufted leather banquettes. Or, for a romantic evening or important business dinner, Mastro's offers two luxurious dining rooms, located just past the M Bar and the other up the winding staircase, on the second level. The mood here is set with full-wall wine displays, champagne colored draperies, artisan-designed chandeliers and floating framed backlit mirrors amongst beaded walls, with intimate table and booth seating.

Additionally, for private functions, four luxuriously appointed rooms located on the second level accommodate any type of event, from board meetings to social celebrations, seating up to 100 guests. Decorated with wall-to-wall wine displays and glass-blown chandeliers, these rooms feature options such as a full service bar and the highest quality audio/video components.

Consistently recognized in its markets as 'Best Steakhouse', Mastro's menu is famous for its prime hand-cut steaks, seasoned with a secret 15-ingredient dry rub and served on sizzling 400-degree plates. Also on the menu is a selection of fresh seafood, with several options of preparation to suit your taste. The signature Mastro's meal includes the three-tiered iced Seafood Tower appetizer - your a la carte selection of the freshest in upscale seafood - the most popular of their steaks, Mastro's Bone-In Filet, served alongside carefully crafted, family-style Lobster Mashed Potatoes, and, to finish it off, their house specialty one-of-a-kind Warm Butter Cake for dessert.

Mastro's offers an extensive cocktail menu featuring both the classics and newest trends. Their award-winning wine list boasts a selection of over 500 wines from around the world, with over 50 available by the glass.

Mastro's Steakhouse Chicago will be open for dinner only, seven nights a week, from 5 p.m. until Midnight. The M Bar will be open from 4 p.m.
