The Chicago Tribune's Chris Jones is reporting in his 'Theater Loop', that The Bank of America Theatre in Chicago's Loop, which the hit musical JERSEY BOYS calls home, was evacuated around 9 p.m. Tuesday night after police found two suspicious boxes with notes attached in the alley outside the theater.
According to a report from the Tribune's William Lee, who was quoting a police source, one letter read "this is not a bomb," and the other note said "this is not going to end good."
Chicago police were treating the incident as a bomb scare, and closed off several neighboring streets in the area.
