InFusion Presents ALLOTMENT ANNIE, 1/3-2/3

InFusion Theatre Company is proud to announce the world premiere of Mark Mason's Allotment Annie, directed by InFusion Company Member Bridgette Harney, January 3 - February 3, 2013, at Strawdog Theater, 3829 N. Broadway, Ave. Preview performances are Thursday, Jan. 3 and Friday, Jan. 4 at 8:00 p.m. with the opening night performance Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013 at 8:00 p.m. Performances are Thursdays - Saturdays at 8:00 p.m. and Sundays at 3:00 p.m. Preview tickets are $10. It's 1944, the most violent year of the 20^th Century, and Allotment Annie follows a dashing Air Force pilot (Carl Lindberg) and a timid and beautiful bartender (Kate Black-Spence) who start a war profiteering scheme that quickly turns to sex, betrayal and murder. While the rest of the globe is fighting Nazism and Fascism, this unlikely couple shakes up a small American town with their exploits and a strong dose of swing dancing and music of the 1940s.

Allotment Annie was originally created during InFusion Theatre's 4^th Annual New Play Development Workshop in 2011.

Allotment Annie's cast includes Kate Black-Spence, Carl Lindberg, CJ Langdon, Amy Rapp, Mal Nees, Beau Forbes and understudies Michelle Jacobson and Jason Kellerman.

The production staff includes Majel Cuza, production manager; Jason Crutchfield*, stage manager; Dave Ferguson, set designer; Jenna Stworzyjanek, choreographer; John Kelly, lighting designer, Stephen Ptacek, sound designer; Rachel Sypniewski, costume designer; Devyn Mares*, prop designer; Jamie Bragg*, dramaturg/assistant director and Clare Tuft, casting director.
