GayCo Presents SWALLOW YOUR PRIDE, Thru 7/7

All good things must come to an end - Pride weekend, Pride month, and humanity as we know it (if that whole Mayan calendar thingy pans out). And now there are only 4 more shows left for GayCo's SWALLOW YOUR PRIDE. So put your apocalyptic "The End is Near" signs away and come out and see the show!

SWALLOW YOUR PRIDE runs Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm through July 7 at Stage 773 (1225 W. Belmont Ave). Tickets are $20.

Directed by Sabrina Harper, who currently directs for Second City's Touring Company. Written and performed by Judy Fabjance, Clay Goodpasture, John Loos, Kelly Beeman, Kathy Betts and Jake Carr. Music direction by Amanda Murphy, choreography by Carisa Barreca.

GayCo Productions was formed out of the famed Second City in 1996. For 16 years, it has produced thought-provoking and irreverent sketch comedy revues where gay is always the given and never the punchline.

Steamwerkz: The Musical!

In a brand new musical from The Annoyance, a small town gay boy comes to Chicago looking for love in all the wrong places. After chasing a hot guy through Boystown, he stumbles upon a popular and mysterious bathhouse called Steamwerkz. He follows his heart inside and discovers a den of sex, debauchery, friendship and love, as well as the real price of chasing your deepest fantasies. This new comedy musical is sure to make you laugh, dance, and fall into the Hole.

Shows run Fridays in June, July and August at 10pm.
